Flood was the first short film that I had the opportunity of directing and write. In 2014, I wrote and directed this short film mirroring my own struggles of coming out. Starring Ivan Hui and Sean Michael Perez as well as my own mother, the film explored the struggles of coming out of the closet. Anxiety that many young LGBTIQ+ kids have to endure.  Flood was my graduation film when I went through Sydney's Insitute Film Academy located inside Randwick TAFE. It was a fantastic opportunity with working with some fantastic creatives and also some that had never worked on a queer film before.
